61-Year-Old Man Ejected in Fatal Crash Near Walla Walla

Washington State Patrol troopers have not said what led to the accident, but a man died Wednesday evening after he was thrown from his car.

The accident occurred near Spalding Road on Highway 12, just East of the Whitman Mission.

Troopers said 61-year-old Clark Jordan was not wearing his seat belt when his vehicle left the highway and rolled. He was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was in his vehicle, no other cars involved.

The investigation continues.
