After 3 1/2 Years, Richland Shooter Found Guilty of Murder
After nearly four years, a Richland man has been convicted of 1st Degree Murder for shooting from 2019
MAN FATALLY SHOT IN MAY 2019 AT APARTMENT COMPLEX IN RICHLAND
Kyle Johnson-Clark was found guilty last Friday 1-28 in Benton County Superior Court on the charge of 1st. Degree Murder after he shot Daniel Rice several times in the parking lot of a Richland apartment complex.
Richland Police and the Benton County Prosecutor's office said it was a dispute over Rice spending time with Johnson-Clark's girlfriend.
THE SUSPECT FLED FROM WA TO MISSOURI
Clark fled the area, but was eventually located in St. Louis where he'd been involved in a shootout with area police. He was returned here to stand trial.
No information released yet about his sentencing date.
