When is a fanny pack much more than 'just' a fanny pack?

Kennewick police apprehended a guy Sunday who was probably doing everything he could just to stay upright on his bike.

Police were called to Clearwater and Edison about a guy riding a bike in and around cars, forcing them to slam on their brakes, and nearly causing several accident.

Upon arrival they found Leon Larche, the suspect. He tried to lie about his name, then due to probable cause he was searched. Police found a large number of drug syringes, meth and pills with him. He was also wanted on outstanding drug warrants.

He's now able to reflect on his biking 'skills' while residing in the Benton County jail.
