Pasco police and Franklin County Sheriff's found somebody who was driving on a suspended license who's day went from bad to worse.

Over the holiday weekend a car went up in flames  and it turns out the person behind the wheel was not supposed to be there.

Police say the owner was the one who told police who was actually behind the wheel. At first, police were told the car was not moving, then apparently the driver lied about who was behind the wheel.

After it was all sorted out the driver was cited for additional violations, as their license was on the kibosh anyway. No mention was made as to why it went up in smoke, but there were reports that the person driving it 'smelled smoke' then boom.
