Pasco Police and other agencies do spend a LOT of time practicing their pursuit and driving skills. And, it does include perfecting the "pit maneuver" -- fancy lingo for spinning out a car they are pursuing.

Most people wouldn't have the car control of the officer in the test car -- the old Chevy Caprice. Most drivers would end up in a ditch.
