DOC Suspect Gives Whole New Meaning to “Easy to Identify”

Richland Police and other law enforcement agencies are asking people to be on the watch for Jesus Martinez,  the guy in the picture. His age was not given.

He's wanted on an outstanding warrant from the Department of Corrections (DOC). Officials didn't elaborate what the warrant was for, or why he'd ended up in jail, but he should be easy to spot, unless he finds someone to finish his haircut.
