Tuesday morning a semi truck and trailer rolled off an overpass. The driver was killed in the rollover accident.

According to Trooper Chris Thorson, ramps and streets in the area of State Route 12 and 1st Street are closed. They include:

North 1st Street
State Route 823 ramp to North 1st Street
The eastbound 12 ramp to North 1st Street
The westbound 82 ramp to North 1st Street

There is no ETA to open.
