An intoxicated man is recovering in the Benton County jail after he allegedly tried to get into a home through a window.

Shortly before 3:30am Sunday, police were called to the 200 block of East 5th, for a report of a man trying to enter a home through a window.

However, the homeowner confronted the suspect before he could get in. Police say the suspect was not 'known' to the person, apparently he was trying to get in what he believed to be his house.

Not surprisingly, police say alcohol was a major factor. Leobardo Guzman is now facing 1st degree Criminal Trespass charges. Maybe get him a GPS next time.
