Kennewick police say the man had been denied service at the Columbia Center Mall Best Buy Mobile store due to previous 'suspicious' transactions. This time, his temper led to some destruction of property. His age was a little surprising too.

Jeremiah Gillogley is in the Benton County jail on multiple charges after he allegedly tried to rough up a worker at the Best Buy store.

Police were called Thursday after 43-year-old Gillogley apparently been denied service again (due to the previous activity) when he became upset.

He began swearing at one worker, then pushed another. In the ensuing altercation, both people fell into some shelves, and the scuffle damaged part of the store.

Gillogley was quickly taken into custody, the worker was not seriously injured.
