A Go Fund Me has been set up to assist Clint Didier who plans to sue Gov. Inslee over the Stay at Home orders.

Didier, former Congressional candidate and current Franklin County Commissioner, has filed the suit as a private citizen--not related to his position with the county. Dider, a former Super Bowl Champion TE for the Washington Redskins, returned to his native Connell and resumed his farming and coaching at Connell High School before entering the world of politics a number of years ago. He still farms, and is currently a Franklin County Commissioner.

Didier told KEPR-19 TV Inslee says Inslee appears to think the state cannot re open until a cure is found, and the search still continues to find one for the common cold (paraphrased).

Didier said he plans to target Inslee using the 14th Amendment, over  the classification of certain jobs and workers as non-essential. The 14th reads as follows (in part):

",,,All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

He also plans to utilize the 1st Amendment rights of freedom of expression, speech and religion; referring to the closing of and banning virtually all types of in-person services.
