Fraud Suspect ID’d, No Word Yet on Arrest in West Richland

In an update Monday, West Richland police say they've identified the woman in this image, but have not reported an arrest.

A few days ago, police issued a bulletin with this ATM photo taken of this person, they were wanted in relation to a fraud case being worked by police.
