Grape Stampede at Downtown Kennewick is Sept. 8

The Historic Downtown Kennewick Partnership is holding the 2012 Grape Stampede on the corner of Benton & Kennewick Avenue on Sept. 8.The Grape Stampede will feature arts & crafts, a kids’ corner, entertainment and food.

The day begins at 7:30 a.m. with a fun run.

10 a.m. is a teddy bear parade.

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. is a chalk art contest at the flag plaza.

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is a real grape stomp (with feet).
