Have You Seen this Pimped Out Golf Cart in Pasco?

There's this tricked out golf cart in Pasco. It's gotta be rockin' 22" rims or bigger. It's got a sweet purple paint job and purple accented interior.

It's usually parked outside of a smoke shop by the Blue Bridge, but some Tri-Citians have said they've seen it in Columbia Park.
