Heat Wave Expected To Hit Tri-Cities This Week

How warm is it going to get this week? It looks like Tri-Cities is in for a hot week.

We've been averaging summer temperature's in the 80's and 90's but this week, look for temperature's to get even hotter.

Our hottest days will be Thursday and Friday. Friday will hit 107 and Thursday could hit 103 and then by the next weekend, we dip back into the low 100's. The weekend also will average 100 degrees.

If you are going to be outside, make sure you have suntan lotion on for any extended period of time.

I also advise having fresh water for your pets if they are outside and making sure you yourself stay hydrated through the heat.
