It’s Official–Creepiest Criminal Suspect EVER! (Or Deep Sea Creature)

Not only is this guy a convicted sex offender, he's known to have a history of mental problems and drug abuse.

Police in Hampton Roads Virginia  and other officials report this guy is back behind bars after a national manhunt.

Matthew Stager had just been released from a Virginia prison, but failed to show up at a transitional center in Texas, triggering the manhunt.

Police say he had connections to multiple states and a history of drug abuse and mental health concerns.

But one thing for sure: he takes the award as probably the scariest suspect we've seen--ever. Either that, or he escaped from the deep during a filming of the BBC series Blue Planet. We're not sure.  Notice the use of attempted dreadlocks despite the bald dome on top.
