Of course I called Joel. He seems content with the Kennewick Avenue location. Joel is not only too busy at his Kennewick restaurant, he also helps out with various charities.

We asked on Facebook, and you replied.

Shannon wants a KFC to move into this vacant building in this part of Richland. While we're on the topic of chicken,

a number of people want Chick-fil-A. It must be good! Stephanie Motherof Chickens wants Raising Cane's, another chicken joint. Someone else would like Popeye's, however, that's coming soon.

Do we need a Dutch Bros?

Ummmmm, yeah! There's one on Keene Road. For some of us, that's not too convenient.

What about a burger joint?

There were lots of requests for burgers! Steak n Shake was one. I actually miss Steak n Shake. They serve wonderful milkshakes and they're known for Chili Mac. It's spaghetti topped with chili. Who could go wrong with that?

It'll be interesting to see what will be. Of course, Just Joel's gets my vote! Richland needs a great breakfast place. And Joel's pies?
