Kennewick Backyard Lurker Now Behind Bars

Some 37 year old dude by the name of Javier Diaz was seen in a Kennewick backyard, so the homeowner grabbed a gun and made sure he vacated. So Mr. Creeper dude ran into a different back yard! Then police arrived and eventually caught the dude jumping a fence into yet another yard. This all happened in the 4900 block of West 24th Avenue.
