It's summertime which means plenty of late-night prowling is going on and another prowler has been apprehended. This time, a prowler was nabbed at the Harley Davidson dealership in Kennewick.

According to a report filed by the Kennewick Police Department, here is how the incident went down.

Kennewick Police were dispatched to a burglary in progress call at 3305 W 19th Ave (Harley Davidson) in Kennewick, Benton County, Washington. It was reported by a nearby resident that a male was seen inside the fenced property and an engine was heard starting up. Officers arrived in the area and contacted a male on the east side of the property walking on the side of HWY 395.

The male was detained for further investigation and identified as Sean D. Sylvester. Through further investigation and witness testimony, it was determined Sean had been in the property of Harley Davidson, and search incident to arrest was found to be in possession of a Yamaha key belonging to a 4-wheeler from the business.

Sean was booked into Benton County Jail on alleged charges of Burglary 2nd degree.

I'm glad this suspect was apprehended and it's a great reminder to keep your garage and cars locked at night, you never know who's prowling around under the cover of night.
