Kennewick Police Seeking ‘Creeper’ Seen Lurking at Residence [VIDEO]

Kennewick police want to talk to this guy, as he was captured on a homeowner's surveillance video in the 2500 block of South Dawes Street on Friday. Information was released late Sunday.

The homeowner, who was not there at the time, noticed him on their security footage. They don't know who he is, or why he was walking around their property. He appears to be canvassing the area.

His truck is the one parked on the street, the white vehicle. Anyone with any information is asked to call (509)-628-0333.  Because of the duration he was there, and the amount of 'looking' around, police are treating it seriously, and you will notice he walks over to the parked car, and tries the door handle to see if it's locked.
