Kennewick Police – SWAT – Apprehend Armed Felon Without Incident

Witnesses reported seeing a heavy police presence and SWAT team in the area of 10th Ave and Irby in Kennewick.

According to sources and our news partner KNDU-TV, an armed felon, Kenny Hooper, was inside a residence at 10th and Irby.

Flash grenades were used, and police were able to get him to come out of the home peacefully.
