Man Dies From Gunshot Wound After Being ‘Dumped’ at Hospital -UPDATE

Man dropped off at local ER suffering from wound
Kennewick Police report a man (whose name has not yet been released) was dropped off at the ER of a "local" hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Unconfirmed reports claim he was shot in the head or face. Police did not indicate where he was shot.
Unfortunately, police say the man died either shortly after arriving or was dead on arrival. During the preliminary investigation, Officers were able to target two suspect vehicles possibly involved.
One of the vehicles was seen near South Washington and West 5th Ave. When the driver spotted the Police units, a man jumped from the car and ran into a nearby residence, leaving behind a woman driver and a small child in the car.
The suspect was apprehended without incident
Several persons in the home were also detained related to the investigation, and a weapon was found in the vehicle. Kennewick PD says this incident is in the very early stages of the investigation, more details are expected soon. The name of the victim is withheld until relatives can be notified.
UPDATE---as of 11:35 AM Thursday, the name of the deceased man has been released, He is 25-year-old Ezekiel Sanchez of Kennewick. Police also say the location of the actual fatal shooting was at South Dayton and West 1st. Ave. in Kennewick.
