Not So Crafty Thieves Caught Shoplifting at Hobby Lobby

Kennewick Police Officers had to respond to the Hobby Lobby for numerous times for shoplifters.

Arrested was Christopher Simon (19) and on a separate incident Jacob Dunakey (24).
