Richland Police say a man is in custody, but this person is also being sought.

27-year-old  Jonathan M. Rodriquez of Kennewick (PICTURED) is wanted by Police for "his involvement" in the fatal shooting of a man Saturday morning near the Riverfront Hotel in Richland. This used to be a Shilo Inn, for those who've been around even longer, it's the former Rivershore Hotel dating back to 1970 along GW Way by the river.

Police and Benton County Deputies responded to the shooting incident, and found a deceased male. Several people were detained, and  Michael G. Cook, 43 (no hometown listed) was arrested in connection with the death. The ID of the deceased man has not yet been released.

The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the hotel, it is not known if any of the suspects or victim were staying there. Police said they responded to a report of shots fired, but no word yet on what led to the incident.
