The reviews are wonderful. Check out Christy's:
Summit Prairie is absolutely amazing! The views, the amenities, the peaceful location, sunsets, hammocks, and so much more. There were so many nice touches - like Pendleton blankets, fully stocked kitchen, great seating options (like rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs) in the space, and a fire pit. The beds are very comfortable and showering out on the deck overlooking the field is amazing. Lots of local tips of what to do in the area, but we honestly just relaxed on the property and it was perfect. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Alan and Dabney are also the most wonderful hosts. Thanks and we will see you again soon.
Pets are NOT allowed, and the property is NOT suitable for children under the age of 5.
Sip cocktails and watch the sunset from the deck of the lookout.
Read a book, maybe in the hammock or a secluded area.
Hike or swim on one of the lakes. Fish Lake is located in the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness (about a 1.5-hour drive) or kayak or canoe on Lost Creek Lake. (about an hour drive)
Stargaze, it's amazing here! Bring a telescope, if you dare.
