On 10-22-2021 at approximately 12:19 AM, Kennewick patrol officers responded to the 7900 block of W 5th Ave to reports of a disturbance with a weapon.

Occupants of the residence were contacted and confirmed a disturbance occurred during a party. Moises Silva (23) is alleged to have shot at another male within the residence and outside of the residence.

The shooting placed multiple people at the party in fear they would be struck by gunfire. The alleged victim has been identified but left the scene prior to contact by police. It is currently unknown if the victim is injured, but area hospitals have been notified.

Moises was located by the Pasco Police Department and the Kennewick Police Department later took custody of him. Moises has been booked into the Benton County Jail for 2 counts of Assault in the 2nd Degree.

Moises is under arrest but the victim (that had been identified) is still missing.
