Pasco Driver Wasn’t Paying Attention, Guess What Happened
Guess what happens when you don’t pay attention while driving?
You hit things and get charged by the police.
Adam Palomarez, a 43-year-old Pasco man, was driving a gray 2011 Nissan Titan pickup east on Highway 182 at the city limits of Pasco Thursday evening.
The Washington State Patrol said he wasn’t paying attention when the car ahead of him slowed for traffic, and he rear-ended a red 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser.
The Chrysler was driven by Francisco Arriaga-Perez, a 43-year-old Kennewick man.
Neither man was injured, but Arriaga-Perez’s passenger was hurt. Claudia E. Cebon-Arriaga, a 48-year-old Kennewick woman, was taken to Lourdes Medical Center.
The state patrol issued a citation to Palomarez for negligent driving in the second degree.
