After pursuing leads and investigating, it only took Pasco police about 10 hours to locate and apprehend a suspect wanted for the stabbing murder of a 39-year-old man early Wednesday morning.

According to police, they were  called to the home around 4am after a party and disturbance, then found the dead man near 6th and Clark. He had been fatally stabbed.

Around 2pm, police apprehended 41-year-old Hector Orozco at the Rodeway Inn. He was captured without incident. Police say there's no reason to believe there are other suspects. The invesigation continues. The name of the deceased victim not released, pending notification of relatives.
