Police Seeking Car, May Be Tied to Fatal Sunday Shooting

Kennewick police continue to investigate the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Hakim Ward, who was found across Columbia Center Boulevard from the Red Lion shortly after 10am.

Police say Ward was rushed to the hospital but later died. Now, police are searching for a vehicle they say may be tied to the incident. It's described as a 2016 silver Nissan Rogue, WA license plate BJZ5180. Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.

More information is expected to be released soon, the investigation is still in the very early stages.
