Power and Lines Fixed After DUI Crash Takes Out Pole
Power was restored, and traffic lights are operational, but follow up work continues into this week after a drunk driver decided the best way to stop his sedan was to shear off a power pole in Pasco.
Friday, Police say the man (whose name was not released) slammed his car into this power pole near the intersection of North 17th and West Shoshone.
The break resulted in power loss throughout the area, including traffic lights not working at South 4th and West A streets.
The suspect has been charged with DUI, and likely will face a hefty repair bill for all the damage.
