Public ‘Relief’ Suspect Leaves Behind ‘Easy to See’ Evidence
A suspect is in jail after witnesses called police Thursday morning, to report the person was 'relieving' themselves in public.
Officers arrived to the area of North Morain and West Kennewick Ave. and found Ashlea Fraker in the area. Police didn't specify if it was a male or female "Ashlea", but their evidence was easy to locate. We would guess it's a woman, but that was not made clear.
Fraker is now in the Benton County jail.
