Well here we are, another Groundhogs Day where we rely on a rodent to predict the weather. Word on the street or "Gobblers Knob" Puxatony Phil saw his shadow, however here in Tri-Cities we rely on our own rodent known as "Hanford Hank" a much more reliable rodent in my humble opinion
