Richland is Getting a Horse Park!

Equestrians rejoice! Richland will soon have a park just for you and the horse you rode in on! It will be in a nice, out of the way area near the intersection of Chester Rd. and Hall Rd. An equestrian group is getting the park started and will need about $10 grand to complete. The city of Richland is providing about $4 grand and the group is taking donations.
