Pasco Police continue the search for a suspect vehicle, involved in a road rage shooting from Friday evening.

Investigators say the victim was driving his white Acura on 20th Ave heading south towards Sylvester. He was the only person in his vehicle.

He said a man with a female passenger in an Audi claimed he (the victim) had almost hit him, and he wanted to fight. As the victim drove towards Lewis, he turned east, then headed up Oregon Ave. and got on Highway 395, with the Audi still in pursuit. The Audi driver, said the victim, then pointed a gun at his vehicle.

As they approached Foster Wells Road north of Pasco, the Acura driver said the Audi driver shot multiple times at his car, leaving a broken window and the sizeable bullet hole in the right rear door. The victim driver was not hit.

The Audi then off on Foster Wells headed east, while the Acura driver u-turned at the intersection and came back to Pasco, where he notified Police. Sooner or later the Audi would have had to come back to the freeway, as Foster Wells eventually comes to a dead end.

The Audi suspect drive was described as a crew-cut Hispanic man, in his 20's with facial hair. No other details were released by Police.
