This guy's probably watched the movie "Sin City" too many times.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the Sunday morning robbery of a grocery store in Moses Lake.

Around 9:50am, a man entered Frank's Market on East Nelson Road,  brandished a Samurai sword, or one that looked like it, and went behind the counter.   The store owner confronted the robber, who pushed her to the ground.

But although he got away with some cash,  the owner managed to get in a couple of very hard whacks with a golf club she kept behind the counter.   The suspect sped away on a BMX type bike.   Moses Lake police were able to recover some clothing items left behind by the would-be Ninja as he fled.

He was described as a young white man in his early 20's, wearing black shoes, blue jeans and a black sweatshirt.  He also had a maroon backpack, the the bike he was riding was dark in color.

Authorities are still searching for the suspect.
