Search for Kennewick Shooting Suspect Goes Nationwide
The alleged shooting occurred Oct. 28th in Kennewick, now the search for the suspect has gone nationwide.
Police did not say if they believe Thompson has left the area.
Kennewick Police are searching for 31-year-old Nathaniel Thompson in connection with the incident, which occurred in the North 600 block of Tweedt St. around 8:45 PM.
The investigation following the incident led Police to identify Thompson as the primary suspect.
Fortunately, the woman is recovering from her injuries and is expected to be OK once she heals. However, the victim sustained significant injuries to her trachea, jaw and other areas after being shot in the face during the incident.
The 27-year-old victim remains in the hospital. Police say the search has been expanded to a nationwide extradition warrant, and anyone who may have information is urged to report it at kpdtips.com
