Until now, you had to just put your lips on the computer, and pretend -- if you're into that kinda thing!

Now, you will soon be able to actually "kiss" someone through your computer! Japanese engineers have invented a device called the Kissenger Kiss Messenger that allows you to "send" a kiss over the Internet. This small desktop device "digitizes" a kiss that you send, then the recipient can press their lips against the Messenger device, and receive the one you sent.

Researchers say it was designed especially for couples in long distance relationships. The device comes from a company called Lovotics (love + robotics). It will certainly be interesting to see what happens if they decide to expand this technology to "other" areas of  romance and relationships, but we won't go any farther with that one!
