It's not that unusual for police to arrest a burglar, but it's not everyday the perp tells police their groin is "not theirs."Spokane County Sheriff's responded to a break-in alarm at the Les Schwab Tire Store in the 11000 block of East Sprague in the Spokane Valley. Around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, officers and a K-9 unit captured 45-year-old Kenneth Hooper, who was apparently there to steal something.

While searching him, officers found, in his groin area, two golf ball-sized baggies of methamphetamine. After a field test proved they were indeed meth, Hooper allegedly told the officers it was "not his groin area" and he had no idea where the drugs came from... hmmm.

Perhaps he had a little too much before entering the store.
