Sprinklers Keep Big Pasco Warehouse from Completely Burning Up
Very early Thursday morning, Pasco fire units responded to a blaze at a large warehouse, at 1401 Foster Wells Road.
Around 1:30am, units arrived to find a large stack of cardboard boxes had caught fire. Fortunately, an internal sprinkler system was activated and kept the flames from spreading to chemicals that were also stored there. There were also spices used in local packing houses.
But they were kept from burning. Crews are still on side making sure all sources of fire are out, the investigation continues.
