Gov. Jay Inslee announced on his Medium reporting page a new round of Small Business Assistance grants, similar to those given out early in the COVID phase.

The previous $5 million was quickly gobbled up and was enough to help 501 businesses. However, according to BusinessInsider.com, there are an estimated 608K plus such businesses in our state --whether they're a sole proprietorship or 2-3-10 people or more.

The new round is for $10 million, so if it proceeds as the last one, that means maybe 1,000 or so businesses could get some relief.  To find out more about this program, which critics and many lawmakers say is a 'tonedeaf' insult considering the damage done by Inslee's COVID policies, click on the button below.
