Sting Operation Nabs Umatilla Minor Sex Predator

A 29-year-old Weston, OR man is in the Umatilla County jail following a lengthy investigation into a number of shocking sex crimes.

Kenneth Allan Gascon-Martin was arrested by Umatilla County Deputies Tuesday at an apartment in Weston after authorities say a month long investigation. They didn't elaborate what led them to look into the activities of Gascon-Martin, but his list of accused charges is shocking. According to the Umatilla County Sheriff's Office:

"Rape I, Sodomy I, Unlawful Sexual Penetration I, Sexual Abuse II, Strangulation, Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor, involving multiple minor victims."

Authorities say they are seeking what are believed additional victims besides those already involved. The case is now at the Umatilla County Prosecuting Attorney's office, the investigation continues.
