Stolen cars, sadly, are not uncommon. But it gets our attention when one is taken without the keys.

PASCO CAR STOLEN TUES WITHOUT KEYS

Pasco Police are searching for this actual vehicle, this is a picture of it, that was taken from the 1800 block of West Marie on Tuesday around noon.

Acuras are basically rebranded Hondas, and this 1992 model is one the most stolen vehicles, along with the Hondas.

Making this more eye-opening is that it was taken without using keys. We don't know if it was left unlocked, but the perp most likely hotwired it.

INTERNET IS FULL OF VIDEOS OF HOW TO HOTWIRE MOST CURRENT VEHICLES.

Older cars and trucks could be hotwired by knowing which wires to rip loose from the steering column and trigger the ignition spark. But vehicles 1990's or later are sometimes even easier.

We did a quick search and in two minutes, found 5 different how-to videos on YouTube describing how to hotwire an Acura. Hmmm.

Anyone who may see this car, WA Plates BNZ7015, call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
