Change is inevitable, but with it sometimes comes surprises!

As a long-time fan of Sun Mart and their "mocha machines" that offer a nice alternative to more expensive coffee, many of us coffee-guzzling radio types were happy to learn the machines would stay at the convenience stores after the transition to Circle K. The only change, according to store personnel, would be the addition of more flavors.

However, imagine my sticker shock when the price went up at least $.20. That may not sound like a lot, but for the longest time the coffee prices didn't go up much. And just prior to the changeover, most of the stores had been offering an incredible offer of $.39 coffee for all sizes.

Almost overnight, after the official Circle K takeover, the price (at least for a small) jumped $.20.
