The 26 states who filed the lawsuit to strike down Obamacare will have their day before the Supreme Court.

The states, including Washington, have filed lawsuits with the Federal Government, claiming Obamacare violates the Constitution; forces people to essentially make a purchase or transaction they may not want to make.  One appellate court said Congress exceeded it's power by passing the law; the Obama Administration says it's confident it is Constitutional.  Regardless of  the White House position, at stake here is the Federal Government's ability to force the American consumer to make a purchase or agree to what amounts to a business transaction; something never before tried or considered.  It's one thing to outlaw drugs, or rule on abortion because that has to do directly with human life.  But the Federal Governement has never before tried to force Americans to agree to a business deal or make a purchase.
