The former owner of a Kennewick gym is no longer facing theft charges and former patrons doubt they will retrieve their money.

A jury has found the former owner of 509 Fitness not guilty of theft.

The Tri-City Herald is reporting Jason Ray Sleator, owner of now-closed Kennewick gym 509 Fitness, will face a jury trial Sept. 4.
