A 2012 case resulting in the death of a Richland Man Ben Ensign has been ruled a homicide. Depending upon previous charges, perhaps the issue of double jeopardy comes into play. A person cannot be charged twice for the same charge. But the homicide would be a 'new' charge. We shall see.
