Judging from the increasing number of businesses getting surveillance cameras, and the digital quality of the photos improving, maybe folks who steal credit cards need to shop online.

Some say it's because of the holidays, others believe it's done for drug money, or the items are fenced cheaply for cash. Either way, we're seeing an increase in car prowls this fall and winter.
You would think if a criminal goes to all the trouble to break into a vehicle, search for and steal a debit card, they might buy something fairly substantial. But then again the lack of intelligence in the criminal mind never amazes us.
