It seems car prowlers are becoming much more aggressive in our area lately.

Monday morning, Pasco Police got this video of a car prowler, and then his likely ride.

He doesn't fit the mold of many such prowlers or burglars. Looks a little more 'pedestrian' and older.

Most people only do this at night. What was he thinking?!? There's a lot of cameras in that area, due to some banks and office buildings.

Seems this guy was busy. Unlike most car prowlers, this guy stole a vehicle, then used it to drive around Kennewick, looking for other vehicles to break into. Police were alerted about 6:23am Monday morning from a victim, who said their SUV was taken from outside their home while it was warming up...
