Midday Saturday, victims discovered after man seen walking along road with gun

The same driver had served time for a homicide involving a crash that killed man a number of years ago.

Very early Tuesday morning, Police responded to a domestic violence incident, and found unresponsive female victim.

Suspects were allegedly part of fatal Pasco shooting end of April, then home invasion early Sunday...ending in shootout in the afternoon.

Body found in field northeast of town.

College Place man was reported missing after December 19th, when he was last seen. Autopsy showed he had a gunshot wound. It's now a homicide investigation.

Last October 3rd a confrontation in Merced County CA turned fatal, victim dying six days later. Suspect captured in Pasco.

A 2012 case resulting in the death of a Richland Man Ben Ensign has been ruled a homicide. Depending upon previous charges, perhaps the issue of double jeopardy comes into play. A person cannot be charged twice for the same charge. But the homicide would be a 'new' charge. We shall see.
