Years from now,  people will look back on the vast trove of video gaffes from VP Joe Biden, and realize no other leading political figure has been more insensitve, racist, and just plain dumb, than the VP.

Based upon the comments of White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, maybe we shouldn't worry about trying to be financially responsible ourselves.
