Wednesday afternoon, Kennewick police found the driver who veered off Center Parkway and did a lot of damage was driving on a suspended license.
No details given about who they were or why their SUV left the road, but police said the eastbound vehicle 'veered' off the road, went through two retaining fences as well as numerous bushes.
